* Abgeschlossenes Bachelor oder Master Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik

Du bringst Expertise im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, gepaart mit einer Affinität für neue Informations- und Kommunikationstechniken mit ? Du begeisterst dich für die digitale Landschaft sowie die Online-Marketing- und Consulting Branche? Dann bist du bei uns richtig! Mit deinen erlernten Fähigkeiten als Wirtschaftsinformatiker/-in (m/w/d) passt du optimal in das gesuchte Stellenprofil und bist ideal geeignet für unser stetig wachsendes Team., * Betreuung der genutzten (SaaS-)Anwendungen im Unternehmen

 * Einrichtung, Installation und Konfiguration von Standard-Software
 * Dokumentation & Konzeption von digitalen Geschäftsprozessen
 * Planung und Einführung neuer Software & IT-Lösungen
 * Standardlösungen via Schnittstellen verbinden
 * Automationen für alltägliche Aufgaben entwickeln & umsetzen
 * Anwenderschulung & -betreuung
 * Fehleranalyse & Störungsbeseitigung
 * Digitaler Support gegenüber unseren Kunden
 * Planung und Einführung neuer Leitlinien und Softwarelösungen für unsere Kunden
