## About the Role

Sehr starkes analytisches Denkvermögen und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge schnell zu erfassen

Wünschenswert: Erfahrung mit semantischer Modellierung, Datenarchitektur oder modernen BI-/Data-Stacks, Interesse an AI Agents, automatisierter Analyse und neuen BI-Paradigmen sowie Freude an Datenmodellierung, Visualisierung und sauberer Kennzahlenlogik

Technisches Mindset und der Anspruch, Dinge zu verstehen, zu strukturieren, zu automatisieren und kontinuierlich zu verbessern

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, da die Beratung unserer Fachbereiche ein zentraler Bestandteil der Rolle ist

Modellierung der zugrunde liegenden Datenstrukturen, Kennzahlenlogiken und semantischen Modelle

Übersetzung komplexer Business-Fragen in belastbare analytische Lösungen

Aufbau reproduzierbarer, strukturierter und möglichst code-basierter BI-Lösungen statt rein manueller Arbeit im Tool

Beratung der Fachbereiche auf Augenhöhe sowie kritisches Hinterfragen von Anforderungen, wenn sie fachlich oder technisch nicht sauber sind

Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer BI-Plattform - technologisch, methodisch und mit Blick auf AI-gestützte Analytics

Aktive Einbringung neuer Ansätze rund um Agentic BI, Automatisierung, AI-Unterstützung und moderne Analytics-Engineering-Workflows
