## Description

* Du bist zuständig für den Support von komplexen IT-Systemen, hauptsächlich Windows-basierte Systeme.
 * Du bearbeitest Kundenanfragen und unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Installation, Konfiguration und Integration von neuen IT-Komponenten in vorhandene Systeme.
 * Als Teammitglied unterstützt Du bei der Planung von Projekten und Einrichtung neuer IT-Infrastrukturen.
 * Du führst unsere Kunden, durch kontinuierliche Betreuung in die Zukunft und entwickelst die Kundenbeziehungen zu langfristigen Partnerschaften.
