## Description

Ihr Aufgabengebiet umfasst die vielen verschiedenen Aufgabenbereiche in einem kundenorientierten Support-Team, darunter unter anderem Fehler-Analysen mit Windows- und Oracle-Tools, Software-Paketierung, Software-Rollout und direkte Kunden-Kommunikation.

Konkrete Aufgabenstellungen sind:

 + Erstellung von Statistiken, Auswertungen und Dashboards in unserem neuen Ticketsystem JIRA
 + Unterstützung beim Aufbau unserer neuen Dokumentationsplattform CONFLUENCE
 + Unterstützung des Teams bei Fehleranalysen
 + Ggf. Software-Updates beim Kunden, Anstellungsart
