In this role, you will help ensure employees have the equipment, workplace tools, and support they need to work effectively. You will assist with hardware preparation, inventory management, onboarding activities, asset tracking, basic IT support, and administrative tasks while gaining hands-on experience in a modern cloud-first IT environment. You will work closely with experienced IT professionals and gain exposure to technologies such as Google Workspace, Okta, Microsoft 365, Slack, Jira Service Management, Kandji, Intune, and other workplace platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in IT Operations or End User Services.
