 * Lernerfolg: Du entwickelst Lernkontrollen (Use-Cases, Self-Assessments), führst Praxistests durch und trackst den Qualifizierungsstand.
 * Change Management: Du begleitest Change-Impacts, sensibilisierst Stakeholder und stellst sicher, dass neue Prozesse nachhaltig im Alltag verankert werden.
 * Optimierung: Du evaluierst bestehende Maßnahmen und entwickelst unser Training kontinuierlich weiter.
