## Description

* Strategische Mitverantwortung für die technische Weiterentwicklung unserer CRM-Plattform - Backend, Frontend und APIs.
 * Sicherstellung moderner Architektur- und Entwicklungsstandards im TechStack (PHP, TypeScript, Vue.js, GraphQL, MariaDB/MySQL).
 * Weiterentwicklung von Coding-Guidelines, Teststrategien (PHPUnit) sowie CI/CD- und Versionsprozessen (Git).
 * Optimierung und Skalierung der Entwicklungsprozesse mit Fokus auf Performance, Wartbarkeit und Stabilität.
 * Unterstützung von Tech Leads und Senior-Entwickler:innen bei technischen Herausforderungen und fachlicher Weiterentwicklung.
 * Mitwirkung an strukturellen und technologischen Entscheidungen auf Department-Ebene - von Architektur-Roadmap bis Organisationsdesign.
