## Description

We are looking for an Engineering Operations Manager for our IP and subsystem Team to:

 * Oversee day-to-day operations within subsystem engineering
 * Organize engineering activity to scale consistently across locations and through third party partnership.
 * Optimizes all engineering-related processes, ensuring efficient execution and continuous improvement
 * Work with senior management to set goals and make key decisions on operational activities.
 * Manage cross-functional interaction, ensuring schedule alignment and timely completion.
 * Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency
 * Manage projects pipeline daily.
 * Work with engineering teams for implementing and deploying processes, as well as ensuring they are followed.
 * Measure quality and consistency of deliverables
