## Description

Support military training operations by executing and managing advanced simulator missions that replicate real-world operational environments. Configure and control simulation scenarios, provide tactical inputs, monitor mission execution, troubleshoot system issues, and support training exercises that enhance operational readiness, decision-making, and mission effectiveness.
Duties & Responsibilities

 * Execute and control simulator missions that replicate real-world operational scenarios.
 * Configure, load, and modify training scenarios based on mission objectives.
 * Deliver real-time tactical inputs to challenge and evaluate personnel during training events.
 * Monitor simulator operations to ensure mission realism, safety, and training effectiveness.
 * Troubleshoot simulator, network, and mission operation system issues.
 * Program and execute complex mission profiles using mission-planning tools.
 * Simulate command and control functions, adversary forces, and external agencies.
 * Coordinate voice, chat, and communication-based training injects.
 * Support multi-unit and large-scale mission training exercises.
 * Provide mission feedback and training data during debrief sessions.
 * Assist with evaluations, testing events, investigations, and training demonstrations.
 * Collaborate with instructors, engineers, and operational personnel to improve training performance.
