Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts is required. A bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. Additional Requirements: Minimum of 2 years' experience in Network Security (within the past 2 years) Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) applications and tools Linux AWS Scripting development, DESIRED EXPERIENCE Should have working knowledge, able to use and or support, with some (preferably most) of the following resources and tools: Forward Networks platform ## Description SALARY RANGE $171,000 - $228,000/year. DUTIES As a successful candidate for the Systems Engineer III role, you will perform system engineering tasks utilizing the Forward Networks platform while becoming familiar with the commercial tool and quickly developing proficiency in its use. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the platform, including setup and maintenance of data collection tasks, and leverage the tool to model and visualize network infrastructure in order to verify network behavior and ensure network compliance. Additionally, you will provide technical support through user training, reporting, and documentation related to the Forward Networks platform, collaborate with external teams to resolve technical challenges, and serve as a technical expert and mentor to junior engineers.
