## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or related discipline.
 * Minimum five (5) years of data analytics experience.
 * Experience developing Power BI or Tableau dashboards.
 * Strong Excel and data visualization skills.
 * Ability to obtain DHS Public Trust suitability.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Healthcare analytics experience.
 * Federal reporting experience.
 * Knowledge of Power Platform.
 * Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques.

## Description

The Health IT Data Analyst will develop reports, dashboards, and analytical products that enable Government leadership to monitor operational performance, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making. This is a remote position requiring all work be performed in the continental United States. US Citizenship is required for consideration for this position., * Develop operational and executive dashboards.

 * Perform quantitative analysis of healthcare and operational data.
 * Build recurring and ad hoc reports.
 * Validate data quality and investigate anomalies.
 * Create visualizations supporting executive decision-making.
 * Perform trend analysis and forecasting.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements.
 * Document reporting methodologies and business rules.
 * Support performance measurement initiatives.
 * Present findings to Government stakeholders.
