## Description

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences for web and mobile applications. The successful candidate will work closely with product teams and stakeholders to design solutions that enhance usability, accessibility, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

 * Design user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications.
 * Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to gather design requirements.
 * Create wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and interactive design mockups.
 * Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
 * Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI standards.
 * Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and usability best practices.
 * Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements.
 * Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams.
 * Support product development efforts from concept through implementation.
 * Stay informed on emerging design trends and technologies.
