## Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Health IT Data Analyst I to join our dynamic healthcare technology team., Summary: Supports IHSC's eHR modernization by delivering actionable insights through data analysis, reporting, and visualization. This role ensures clinical, operational, and performance data derived from the eHR, and related systems are accurate, timely, and aligned with leadership decision-making needs., * Analyze eHR and operational data to support reporting, performance monitoring, and program evaluation.

 * Develop and maintain analytical products, dashboards, and reports in support of Government-managed systems and data environments.
 * Validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency through independent analysis, sampling, and reconciliation against authoritative sources.
 * Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to define reporting requirements.
 * Support ad-hoc data requests and recurring reporting needs.
 * Identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities through data analysis.
 * Document data sources, methodologies, and assumptions used in reporting.
 * Support data governance and quality improvement initiatives.
 * All activities are performed in an analytical and advisory capacity in coordination with Government and system owners.
