## About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Field Service Technician to support on-site service calls in the Omaha, NE area. The primary focus will be Dell laptop diagnostics, repair, and printer servicing., * Proven experience in laptop and printer repair (Dell experience preferred)

 * Strong hardware troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
 * Ability to read and follow service manuals
 * Good customer service and communication skills
 * Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
 * Must have basic toolkits and a smartphone with internet access

## Description

* Perform hardware diagnostics, upgrades, and repairs on Dell laptops
 * Troubleshoot and repair printers (various models)
 * Replace components such as hard drives, SSDs, RAM, motherboards, keyboards, screens, and power supplies
 * Perform system testing after repairs to ensure full functionality
 * Follow manufacturer service manuals and technical documentation
 * Maintain proper documentation for each completed ticket (including notes, serial numbers, and photos when required)
 * Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
 * Complete assigned tickets within agreed timeframes while maintaining high service quality
