Systems Reliability & Performance * Monitor system performance, uptime, reliability, and capacity. * Troubleshoot deployment and production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and drive incident response and postmortem processes. * Implement observability best practices (logging, metrics, tracing) to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks. * Own the build and deployment process for services and applications across development, staging, and production environments. * Improve release reliability through automated testing, configuration management, and continuous integration strategies.
