## About the Role

* Degree in Economics, Finance, HR or similar field
 * Experience in controlling, HR analytics, or a similar role
 * Experience with HRIS / ERP systems
 * Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM ECC
 * Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, formulas, data modeling)
 * Languages: English - Fluent, German represents advantage
 * High level of accuracy and attention to detail
 * Strong communication and presentation skills
 * Proactive mindset and solution-oriented thinking
 * Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams

 * Planning, monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing HR-related costs, KPIs, and workforce data to support strategic decision-making and ensure alignment with company objectives.
 * Global Key User for SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) and SAP HCM ECC
 * Ensure governance of HR data structures
 * Define and maintain global HR KPI framework
 * Prepare accurate HR reports, forecasts, and budgets
 * Drive data-based decision-making by providing insights on workforce trends
 * Support workforce planning and cost optimization initiatives
 * Ensure data quality and compliance in HR controlling processes
 * Collaborate with Finance/Controlling departments for financial alignment. Support audits (internal/external) related to HR data and costs
