 * Du bringst solide Linux- und Shell-Scripting-Skills mit sowie Erfahrung mit Monitoring-Tools wie Grafana, Prometheus oder Zabbix und Basiswissen zu Netzwerken
 * Du sprichst Deutsch und Englisch fließend; Python- und Datenbankkenntnisse (z.B. PostgreSQL, Cassandra, Opensearch) sind ein Bonus - kein Muss

## Description

* Du installierst und integrierst Softwarelösungen in Wien und beim Kunden - aus "Proof of Concept" machst du "läuft seit Monaten stabil"
 * Du arbeitest eng mit Projekt- und Entwicklungsteams zusammen, begleitest Go-Lives und stellst sicher, dass Releases nicht freitags zum Abenteuer werden
 * Du planst und steuerst Installationen, Tests, Updates und Upgrades im laufenden Betrieb, damit Systeme sicher und up-to-date bleiben
 * Du analysierst Incidents im 3rd-Level-Support, übernimmst bei Bedarf Rufbereitschaften und bist die ruhige Hand, wenn alles rot blinkt
 * Du dokumentierst Setups, führst technische Trainings durch und richtest Demo-Umgebungen für Kundentermine und Messen ein
