## Description

* Du baust smarte KI-Komponenten, die datengetriebene Geschäfts- und Produktionsprozesse spürbar schneller, stabiler und effizienter machen
 * Du konzipierst, trainierst und rollst ML-Modelle für Use Cases wie Predictive Maintenance, Prozessoptimierung & Co. aus - nicht nur fürs Demo-Deck, sondern für den echten Alltag
 * Du setzt moderne KI-Methoden wie LLMs, Transformer-Modelle und Computer Vision so ein, dass aus Buzzwords produktive Mehrwerte werden
 * Du entwickelst LLM-basierte Pipelines und agentische Workflows mit LangChain / LangGraph und spielst dabei souverän mit relationalen, Vektor- und Graphdatenbanken
 * Du sorgst dafür, dass eure KI-Lösungen stabil, reproduzierbar und skalierbar laufen - vom ersten Prototyp bis zum 24/7-Produktivbetrieb
