Vous interviendrez directement chez nos clients Grands Comptes situés en IDF.

Vous interviendrez au sein d'un grand groupe industriel français de dimension internationale, reconnu pour son expertise dans les domaines de l'aéronautique, de l'espace et de la défense.

En tant que Conseiller Lounge IT, vous serez au coeur de l'expérience utilisateur et de l'adoption des outils numériques :

 - Accueillir les collaborateurs, notamment les nouveaux arrivants
 - Accompagner la prise en main des équipements informatiques et outils IT
 - Fournir un support de premier niveau sur les outils Microsoft 365
 - Conseiller et orienter les utilisateurs selon leurs besoins
 - Promouvoir les bonnes pratiques IT et sensibiliser à la cybersécurité
 - Animer des sessions courtes de formation (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power BI, etc.)
 - Assurer une assistance de proximité pour résoudre les incidents courants
