We are looking for a motivated and technically capable IT Support Consultant to join our Maidenhead office and help provide reliable day-to-day IT support across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2-3 years of hands-on IT support experience who wants exposure to a broad range of technologies, systems, and responsibilities., The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, good communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environment., * 2-3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or systems support and maintenance roles * Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office applications * Experience supporting Windows Server environments * Experience working with physical and/or virtual servers * Good understanding of PC hardware and troubleshooting * Basic to intermediate networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, Wi-Fi) * Experience with Microsoft 365 administration * Familiarity with Active Directory and user management * Experience supporting CRM and/or telephony systems * Experience supporting remote users and remote access technologies * Experience supporting cloud-based applications and services * Good problem-solving and communication skills * Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively Desirable Skills * Knowledge of Azure, Hyper-V, VMware, or backup systems * Exposure to VoIP telephony systems * Understanding of cybersecurity best practices ## Description Based on-site at our Maidenhead office, you will provide technical support to both office-based and remote users across the UK and India. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving a wide variety of hardware, software, networking, CRM, telephony, and systems issues across on-site and cloud-based environments.
