## Description

Join Our Team as a Desktop Support Specialist and play a crucial role in maintaining seamless IT operations across diverse environments. In this vital position, you'll provide expert technical assistance to end users at all levels, ensuring optimal functionality of desktop systems and applications. Your efforts will directly support the productivity and efficiency of our organization through prompt issue resolution and proactive support., * Deploy and install desktop application software efficiently across multiple devices.

 * Provide technical support to users at all levels, from frontline staff to executive leadership.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software incidents remotely and in-person, ensuring minimal downtime.
 * Manage printer services, including maintenance, toner replacement, and service call coordination.
 * Assist with employee lifecycle IT processes such as onboarding, moves, and offboarding.
