## Description

* Erstannahme und Dispatching von Tickets aus dem OTRS Ticketsystem und Überwachung der SLA Einhaltung
 * Pflege interner Formulare im Kontext Betriebsmittelanforderungen zur Beantragung von Hardware, Software und Zugriffsrechten über die Software Joomla
 * Aktualisierung und Dokumentation innerhalb der internen IT-Pedia und Erstellung von Textbausteinen für standardisierte Kundenkommunikation
 * Vor- und Nachbereitung von Schwachstellen-Scans aller internen Systeme und Kunden Systeme im Dialog mit den IT-Verantwortlichen und Ableitung notwendiger Maßnahmen
 * Support an der Online Banking Hotline und Generierung neuer Zugangsinformationen für die Postzustellung an Endkunden
 * Erstellung und Präsentation von Auswertungen aus dem OTRS Ticketsystem als Basis zur Ticket Nachverfolgung, Werkstudent
