Du bist technikaffin, denkst systemübergreifend und hast Freude daran, komplexe HR-IT-Architekturen mitzugestalten.
Darüber hinaus bringst du Folgendes mit:

 * Fundierte Berufserfahrung im SAP HR-Umfeld (On-Premise & Cloud) - insbesondere in der Umsetzung hybrider Systemlandschaften
 * Tiefgehende technische Kenntnisse zu Integrationen in SAP SuccessFactors, bspw. im Bereich Core Hybrid via SAP Integration Suite/CPI/BTP, Compound API, OData API und angrenzender Technologien
 * Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für HR-Datenstrukturen und Datenflüsse, speziell mit Fokus auf SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Plattformservices und SAP HCM
 * Technisches Applikations-Know-how als Berater:in in SAP HCM insbesondere für PA/OM, PT, PY. Idealerweise Kenntnisse in Webdynpro, Fiori und HR Renewal.
 * Solides Verständnis von SAP-Autorisierungen, SAP-Basis sowie ABAP-Entwicklung
 * Reisebereitschaft für nationale und internationale Kundenprojekte
 * Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
 * Persönlich überzeugst du durch deine Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung

## Description

* Fachliche und technische Verantwortung als Lead Consultant in komplexen Kundenprojekten mit Fokus auf Systemarchitektur und Integration von SAP SuccessFactors in hybriden HR-IT-Landschaften
 * Design und Implementierung von Schnittstellen zwischen SuccessFactors und Umsystemen (SAP HCM, Zeitwirtschaft, Payroll, Non-SAP Systemen) mit verschiedensten Technologien wie der SAP Integration Suite, SAP BTP und CPI
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit im Rahmen von Workshops mit HR-, IT- und Business-Stakeholdern, um die für die Kund:innen passende Systemarchitektur zu definieren und die idealen Integrationslösungen bereitzustellen
 * Unterstützung bei Migrationsprojekten insbesondere von SAP HCM On-Premise zu SAP SuccessFactors mit Fokus auf Datenmodellierung, Mapping und Transformationslogik
 * Unterstützung des Sales-Teams bei Aufwandschätzungen und Scoping für alle Integrations- und Migrationsthemen
