## Description

Während deiner Ausbildung arbeitest du aktiv an der Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der städtischen IT-Infrastruktur mit. Du unterstützt unser IT-Team bei der Administration moderner Server-, Netzwerk- und Clientsysteme und erhältst Einblicke in unterschiedlichste Bereiche der kommunalen IT., * Planung, Einrichtung und Administration von IT-Systemen

 * Betreuung von Windows-, Linux- und macOS-Umgebungen
 * Einrichtung und Verwaltung von PCs, Notebooks, Tablets und Smartphones
 * Arbeiten mit Mobile-Device-Management-Systemen (MDM)
 * Administration von Netzwerken, WLAN-, VPN- und Firewall-Systemen
 * Virtualisierung von Servern mit Hyper-V
 * Benutzer- und Rechteverwaltung über Active Directory
 * Analyse und Behebung von Hard- und Softwarestörungen
 * IT-Sicherheits- und Backupkonzepte
 * Support und Beratung von Anwenderinnen und Anwendern
 * Mitarbeit an Digitalisierungs- und IT-Projekten
