* Kaufmännische Steuerung und Projektcontrolling eines komplexen IT-Projekts
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitung und Projektteam bei der finanziellen Projektsteuerung
 * Unterstützung und Beratung der Projektleiter und Workstream Leads bei Genehmigungs- und Entscheidungsprozessen
 * Analyse von Projektfortschritt, Kostenentwicklung und Zielerreichung
 * Bewertung von Planungs- und Prognoseänderungen sowie deren Auswirkungen auf Budget und Bilanzierung
 * Erstellung von Auswertungen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen
