Diagnosing and resolving a variety of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system faults on our forklift models.

Guiding clients and field engineers through step-by-step solutions and effective repair procedures.

Accurately identifying and recommending the correct spare parts using technical diagrams and internal catalogues.

Meticulously documenting all customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions within our CRM system.

Creating and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge base articles to empower both customers and internal teams.

Collaborating effectively with service and engineering departments to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges.

Analysing support case trends to provide valuable feedback that contributes to continuous product improvement.
