## About the Role

* Professional software development experience (5-6 years preferred).
 * Strong experience with C#, .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET, REST API development
 * Full stack application development, Experience building modern web applications using:
 * Angular (preferred), React (acceptable)
 * Experience working with relational databases and SQL.
 * Experience participating in testing, debugging, and application deployment.
 * Ability to work across the entire software development lifecycle.

Ideal Profile:

 * Banking or financial services experience. Mortgage servicing or mortgage operations experience.
 * Experience with Playwright or other UI automation frameworks.
 * Strong full stack development capabilities with an emphasis on front-end development.
 * Exposure to AI tools, prompt engineering, AI-assisted coding, or related certifications.
 * Experience working in large enterprise Agile environments.

## Description

* Supporting mortgage servicing applications that help customers maintain home ownership and avoid foreclosure.
 * Heavily focused on modern UI development while also contributing to backend APIs and services.
 * Build customer-facing applications, collaborating in an Agile environment, and taking ownership throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
 * Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using the Microsoft .NET technology stack.
 * Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using Angular (preferred) or react.
 * Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using .NET Core and ASP.NET.
 * Participate in application design, code reviews, testing, debugging, and production support.
 * Develop automated tests and contribute to quality initiatives across the SDLC (Playwright experience is a plus).
 * Collaborate with product owners, architects, business analysts, and cross-functional engineering teams.
 * Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
 * Support continuous improvement efforts and embrace modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted development tools where applicable.
