Preferred · Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field. · Experience implementing a comprehensive development program that includes individual giving, corporate sponsorships, foundation grants, and fundraising events. · Experience with donor database management, gift processing, reporting, and donor relationship management. Work Environment · Office hours are generally Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with some flexibility on start and end times. · Occasional weekend and evening work as needed for events and donor meetings. · Must have own transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance. ## Description The Development Manager at Comfort Food Community (CFC) plays a pivotal role in executing and overseeing fundraising initiatives, grant writing and external relations. In partnership with the Executive Director, Board of Directors, and the Development Committee, this role is instrumental in increasing contributed revenue, and cultivating and stewarding meaningful partnerships to help provide sustainable financial support.
