## About the Role

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite ERP Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support enterprise clients with ERP assessment, modernization, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Oracle NetSuite ERP, strong consulting skills, and experience working directly with executive stakeholders to define solution strategies and implementation roadmaps.

This is a client-facing consulting role requiring both technical and business expertise to assess current ERP environments, recommend modernization strategies, and provide effort estimation for implementation projects., * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

 * 8+ years of ERP consulting experience.
 * 5+ years of hands-on Oracle NetSuite ERP experience.
 * Strong experience performing NetSuite ERP assessments.
 * Proven experience leading ERP modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
 * Experience developing solution architectures and implementation strategies.
 * Strong experience with project effort estimation and solution sizing.
 * Excellent client-facing consulting and presentation skills.
 * Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and executive stakeholders.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Oracle NetSuite certifications are highly preferred.
 * Experience working for consulting organizations or system integrators.
 * Experience with multi-country or global ERP implementations.
 * Knowledge of ERP integration strategies and enterprise architecture.
 * Experience supporting pre-sales and business development activities.

* Conduct comprehensive NetSuite ERP assessments for enterprise clients.
 * Evaluate existing ERP environments and identify opportunities for optimization and modernization.
 * Define ERP transformation and modernization strategies aligned with business objectives.
 * Lead discovery workshops and gather business and technical requirements.
 * Develop solution architectures and high-level implementation roadmaps.
 * Prepare effort estimates, project sizing, timelines, and implementation strategies.
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and executive leadership.
 * Present recommendations and solution proposals to clients.
 * Provide strategic guidance throughout ERP transformation initiatives.
 * Support pre-sales activities, including solutioning, proposals, and client presentations.
 * Identify risks, dependencies, and implementation considerations.
 * Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
