* Academic Background: B.Sc. in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related exact science discipline from a tier-one university - Mandatory
 * 2-10 years of proven professional experience operating as a Data Scientist or AI Engineer - Mandatory
 * Hands-on, production-proven expertise engineering with Large Language Models (LLMs) and advanced AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, Google ADK) - Mandatory
 * Prior professional background operating within fast-paced digital industries such as Gaming, Web, SaaS, AI, or high-scale Analytics platforms (Candidates from purely Medical, Low-Level/Hardware, or Heavy Industrial domains will not be a fit) - Mandatory
 * Robust technical command of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, probability, and production-level experimentation (A/B testing) - Mandatory

## Description

* Data Scientist & AI Engineer joining a core R&D squad to design, develop, and deploy production-grade Machine Learning models and Generative AI pipelines that directly optimize gameplay dynamics and business logic.
 * Architecting advanced Agentic AI systems and LLM pipelines utilizing frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, and state-of-the-art model APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google ADK).
 * Designing and executing advanced statistical analysis, probability modeling, and rigorous A/B testing structures to extract actionable insights from massive gaming datasets.
 * Collaborating closely with cross-functional technical and product teams to translate mathematical and algorithmic frameworks into high-impact, real-time backend features.
 * Implementing advanced Prompt Engineering methodologies, inference optimization techniques, and data-driven AI behaviors to power intelligent in-game systems.
 * Core Stack & Ecosystem- Generative AI, Agentic AI, LangGraph, LangChain, LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic), Python, Machine Learning, Statistical Modeling, Probability Theory, Inference, and A/B Testing.
