## About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team and provide technical support to our staff and patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and excellent communication skills.  * Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems

## Description

* Provide technical support to staff and patients for hardware, software, and network related issues
 * Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner
 * Monitor and maintain network and server systems to ensure optimal performance
 * Maintain inventory of hardware and software and order new equipment as needed
 * Collaborate with IT team to implement new technology and systems
 * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to IT security and data protection
 * Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for improvements
