## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
 * PMP Certification preferred.
 * Minimum of 10 years of experience managing large-scale Information Technology projects.
 * Minimum of 7 years of Business Analysis experience supporting enterprise software development projects.
 * Experience writing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements, Use Cases, User Stories, and Process Flow diagrams.
 * Experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and change management.
 * Experience managing Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid software development projects.
 * Experience facilitating business requirements sessions with executive leadership and business users.

## Description

* Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, test case development, defect tracking, and business signoff.
 * Assist with data migration planning, data validation, and business readiness activities.
 * Develop user documentation, training materials, and facilitate end-user training sessions.
 * Coordinate change management and organizational readiness activities to support successful implementation., * Candidates having experience in one or more of the following areas are preferred:
 * Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse).
 * Experience supporting Microsoft Azure cloud projects.
 * Experience managing Digital Transformation initiatives.
