Your future responsibilities : As a member of the Support Engineering team, you will participate in organizing project management for both Agile teams and the Product Managers team, in order to guarantee the delivery of all projects within the S&S (Services & Support) scope. Your main responsibilities will be the following: * Operations (MCO) & SLAs : Guarantee the maintenance in operational condition (MCO) of the infrastructure in accordance with OLAs/SLAs.
