 * hast Erfahrung in Rapid Prototyping, der Entwicklung von Proof of Concepts, der Integration von APIs sowie dem Deployment von AI-Workloads auf Azure- oder AWS-Plattformen
 * kommunizierst sicher in Deutsch und Englisch und bist bereit, 1-2 Tage pro Woche am Standort Stuttgart vor Ort zu arbeiten

## Description

* entwickelst innovative AI-/GenAI-Prototypen und Proof of Concepts mit Schwerpunkt auf agentenbasierten Systemen und setzt neue Ideen schnell in funktionsfähige Lösungen um
 * konzipierst und implementierst LLM-basierte Architekturen wie RAG, GraphRAG und semantische Suchlösungen und entwickelst diese kontinuierlich weiter
 * baust agentenbasierte Systeme auf, integrierst externe Tools und APIs und verbindest bestehende Daten- und Plattformservices zu leistungsfähigen Gesamtlösungen
 * evaluierst und benchmarkst AI- und Agentensysteme anhand geeigneter Metriken und Methoden und sorgst für eine fundierte Bewertung der Lösungsqualität
 * arbeitest in kleinen, agilen Teams an innovativen Use Cases aus Forschung, Entwicklung und IT, entwickelst Demos und übergabefähige Artefakte für Produktteams und unterstützt den Cloud-Deployment-Prozess von AI-Workloads
