## Description

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Owner to drive the development and continuous improvement of a premium finance proposition. You'll act as the Subject Matter Expert for servicing processes, working closely with business and technology teams to deliver customer-focused product enhancements, improve operational efficiency, and support commercial growth.

You'll gather business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, support product delivery, manage post-implementation improvements, and ensure customer outcomes remain at the heart of all change., * Own and enhance the servicing product proposition.

 * Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
 * Work with change and technology teams to deliver product improvements.
 * Monitor performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
 * Investigate and resolve product issues, mitigating customer risk where required.
 * Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support successful delivery.
