## Description

Pearson Carter are working with a large established public sector organisation who are seeking a D365 CE CRM Developer (Field Service) to join them as part of their enterprise digital transformation.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on enterprise projects, utilising the latest D365 CE, Field Service and Power Platform technology. You will join a wider, collaborative team, benefiting from a flexible working culture, with the opportunity to continuously train, develop and obtain certifications.
Experience

 + Dynamics 365 CE Field Service development experience
 + Field Service module experience including URS (Universal Resource Scheduling) and RSO (Resource Scheduling Optimisation)
 + C# .NET and JavaScript (TypeScript) plug in coding experience
 + CI/CD pipelines experience
 + Strong stakeholder management, communication and user support experience, Our selection process ensures a comprehensive assessment of each applicant's qualifications, skills, and potential fit within our organisation.
The selection process for this role will be:
Stage 1: Sift of CV and personal statement
Stage 2: Interview & Assessment/Presentation
You must be successful at each stage to progress to the next stage.
Stage 1: Sift
At sift, you will be assessed against the following Success Profile elements:

 + Experience - you will be asked to provide a CV (unlimited wordcount) and personal statement (1000-word count). Please provide evidence of your Experience of the following:
 + Experience working with technical teams to deliver user-focused services in an agile environment
 + Experience of coaching and mentoring software developers / test engineers to develop their skills
 + Strong applied knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CE and Field Service including an in-depth understanding of its capabilities, boundaries, and constraints and experience with URS and RSO.
 + Development experience using some of the following: C#, .net, Dynamics Plugin, Power Fx, Model/Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Dynamics 365 CE, Powershell, ALM Pipeline , Azure DevOps, Dataverse
The sift will take place week commencing 27th May 2026.
