The qualities we prioritize: * A strong sense of ownership over the systems and processes you work on * A genuine interest in continued learning, both within the technical stack and in adjacent areas * Attention to craft - writing code that you and your teammates can maintain six months from now * Persistence in working through difficult problems * Adaptability in a small-company environment where priorities can shift * The ability to work effectively as part of a small team ## Description This position is based primarily with one of our software customers, a Texas-based electric brokerage that runs its entire operation on the Worx4U platform. The role is structured around two areas of focus that work together: * Python automation. Develop and maintain Python applications that interact with external supplier portals on the customer's behalf - completing enrollments, processing bill payments, retrieving invoices, and extracting usage data. Some suppliers expose REST APIs; others require browser automation. You will work with both. * Oracle APEX development. Build and maintain the internal applications used by the operations team, including customer records, contract management, enrollment tracking, and reporting. APEX is straightforward to learn if you do not already know it, and we will support you in doing so.
