Must have seven years of applicable experience, military and/or technical training. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: This challenging position requires advanced leadership and managerial skills, as well as good functional knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel programs as well as PIMS modules. Supports E-OMS operational objectives. Observes company Quality, Safety, Environmental, Security and Administrative policies; supports Process Improvement. WORK ENVIRONMENT: This position may function in a variety of environmental conditions both inside and outside, depending on mission requirements. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position will be subject to substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Must be able to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal. May require sitting for long periods of time. Some lifting of up to 50 pounds, standing, bending, stooping and climbing may be required, Applicants must currently hold or be able to obtain and maintain the proper US DoD issued security clearance, which requires US Citizenship. Security clearance eligibility may be discussed during the interview phase. Employment and start date are contingent upon the candidate receiving the required US DoD issued interim security clearance. ## Description ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Essential job functions require practical knowledge of operational objectives and range capabilities. This position may interface with range schedulers; project coordinators; members of management; Reliance Test & Technology employees from other sites; various contacts outside the company; and Civil Service or active-duty military personnel. Incumbents must exercise discretion and independent judgment in resolving problems.
