## About the Role

Are you a Senior Linux Software/System Architect who would like to have a positive impact for millions of people? If so, we may have an opportunity for you!, + Experience in AWS and/or Azure cloud infrastructure design, implementation, and managing automation solutions using Ansible.

 + Linux administration in a cloud environments.

 + Strong scripting skills in Bash, PowerShell, or Python.

 + Working knowledge of cloud security (e.g., IAM, Defender for Cloud, GuardDuty).

 + Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Dynatrace, ScienceLogic1).

 + Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, subnets, firewalls, load balancers).

Preferred Qualifications

 + AWS or AZURE Cloud Certifications (highly preferred).

 + Experience with hybrid cloud or cloud migration projects.

 + Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow.

 + Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

 + Excellent communication and documentation skills.

 + Self-starter with ability to work independently and mentor junior team members.

 + Collaborative mindset and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Education:

 + Master's degree in computer science, electronics engineering or related technical discipline and 10+ years' work experience.

 + Ten (10) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education (20 years total).

Clearance:

 + The ability to pass a Tier 4/HIGH Background Investigation.

## Description

+ Design, build, and manage scalable, highly available, and secure cloud infrastructure in AWS and Azure.

 + Linux administration in a cloud environments.

 + Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM/Bicep, or CloudFormation.

 + Automate system deployment, configuration, patching, and monitoring using Ansible, SSM, Azure Automation, etc.

 + Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud environments using CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics.

 + Manage identity and access controls, enforce security best practices, and remediate vulnerabilities.
