* Entwicklungs- und Steuerungsaufgaben im Operations Management (ITIL basierte Prozesse)
 * Weiterentwicklung und Pflege eines Informationssicherheitsmanagementsystems (ISMS)
 * Bewertung, Priorisierung und Behandlung von Cyberrisiken
 * Mitarbeit in der Weiterentwicklung des Monitorings
 * Aussteuern und Managen externer Security-Dienstleister im Bereich Technik und Beratung inklusive Leistungssteuerung, Priorisierung, Qualitätssicherung und Eskalationsmanagement
 * Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden IT- und Security-Projekten sowie aktive Unterstützung beim weiteren Aufbau eines modernen, belastbaren und steuerbaren Betriebsmodells
