## Description

Vous interviendrez auprès d'un portefeuille varié de clients « entreprises » et participerez à des projets d'infrastructure stimulants dans un environnement technique riche et en constante évolution., Au sein de l'équipe infrastructures et sous la responsabilité du responsable technique, vous serez amené(e) à :

Administration systèmes

 * Installer, configurer et maintenir les environnements Microsoft Windows Server
 * Administrer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO et RDS
 * Assurer le bon fonctionnement des sauvegardes et des solutions de sécurité
 * Superviser et maintenir les infrastructures clientes

Réseaux et télécoms

 * Déployer et administrer les équipements réseaux (switches, routeurs, bornes Wi-Fi)
 * Participer à la gestion des accès internet et solutions de téléphonie IP
 * Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents réseaux

Microsoft 365 & Cloud

 * Administrer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
 * Accompagner les migrations et projets d'évolution
 * Assurer le support des utilisateurs

Relation client

 * Réaliser des interventions sur site et à distance
 * Conseiller et accompagner les clients dans l'évolution de leurs infrastructures
 * Garantir un haut niveau de qualité de service
