## Description

* Réceptionner et qualifier les demandes utilisateurs via notre outil de ticketing
 * Assister les utilisateurs (magasins et siège) : diagnostic à distance et expertise technique
 * Assurer le support des outils, matériels et applicatifs déployés en magasin
 * Fournir une assistance de proximité aux collaborateurs du siège (matériel & logiciel)
 * Vérifier, dépanner et entretenir le matériel de bureau : imprimantes, projecteurs, écrans de salle, systèmes de visioconférence
 * Gérer les comptes utilisateurs dans l'AD (création, modification, suppression, revue de comptes)
 * Résoudre les incidents et assurer leur clôture dans l'outil de gestion
 * Documenter et enrichir la base de connaissance
