* Proven experience in delivering Data and/or AI focused projects.
 * Strong leadership skills to build and maintain motivated teams.
 * Ability to shape effective project delivery plans with clear outcomes and timelines.
 * Proficient in identifying and overcoming obstacles in project delivery.

Education Requirements:

 * Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
 * Active SC clearance is essential.

Experience Requirements:

 * Experience managing small-to-medium sized digital projects.
 * Familiarity with government service standards.
 * Experience in coaching teams in agile and DevOps practices.

## Description

Ofgem is currently seeking an SC cleared Digital Delivery Manager to oversee Data and AI projects. This role offers a day rate of 650 Inside IR35 and requires one day on-site in either London, Glasgow, or Cardiff. A current active SC clearance is mandatory for this position., * Deliver data and AI projects from discovery to live service, ensuring alignment with user needs and strategic goals.

 * Manage teams in accordance with the Delivery Excellence Framework.
 * Maintain delivery momentum through risk management and cross-team coordination.
 * Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing meaningful updates and acting on feedback.
 * Coach and mentor team members on agile and DevOps methodologies.
