* Abgeschlossene IT Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Uni) oder eine vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
 * Praxis in der Administration von Linux Servern und Windows Server Umgebungen (AD, Group Policies)
 * Erfahrung mit Automatisierungstools und Infrastructure as Code
 * Sicherer Umgang mit Virtualisierung, Storage- und Backup Lösungen
 * Hohe Affinität für Automatisierung, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Teamorientierung und Bereitschaft zu Rufbereitschaften (24/7, mit Zusatzvergütung)

## Description

Du sorgst dafür, dass Linux- und Windows Systeme stabil, sicher und performant laufen und baust die Automatisierung Schritt für Schritt aus.

 * Betrieb, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung der Server- und Infrastruktur Landschaft (Linux Schwerpunkt, Windows Umgebungen, VMware, Storage, Backup, Bladecenter)
 * Planung und Integration neuer Systeme in die bestehende Umgebung, inkl. Software Updates und Release Management
 * Aufbau und Betreuung von Automatisierungslösungen (Infrastructure as Code, z. B. Terraform, Ansible)
 * Monitoring, Fehleranalyse und Dokumentation von Systemstörungen
 * Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams sowie Steuerung externer Partner und Dienstleister
 * Erstellung von Kennzahlen (KPIs) und Schulung von Bereitschaftsteam und Service Desk
