* Around 5-7 years of relevant professional experience.
 * Proven expertise in learning systems, digital platforms, process management, or digital transformation.
 * Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across business, HR, and Digital functions.
 * Experience leading change, driving adoption, and embedding sustainable operating models.
 * Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver results in complex, evolving environments.
 * Experience with LMS platforms is a plus
 * Fluent in English and French., * Customer-centric: you focus on the experience of learners, managers, administrators and stakeholders.
 * A people leader: you can guide through transition, mobilize and develop a team.
 * A strong stakeholder manager: you build trust, align expectations and influence across the organization.
 * Pragmatic and solution-oriented: you balance strategic vision with operational delivery.
 * Change-oriented: you know how to bring people along and increase adoption of new tools.
 * Digital-minded: you are motivated by improving systems, platforms and ways of working.

## Description

As Learning Systems Lead, you will own the strategy, governance, operations and continuous improvement of IBA's Learning Management Systems and broader digital learning ecosystem.

You will ensure that Learn2Grow and related learning platforms are stable, scalable, user-friendly and effectively adopted across the organization. You will bring structure to systems, data, processes and governance, while supporting the transition from project implementation to sustainable run mode.

You will lead a team of approximately 6 people and work closely with stakeholders across the organization.

You will also identify opportunities to further develop learning technology and implement projects, helping IBA shape the future of digital learning.
