* Master's degree with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a multinational environment. Experience with SAP roll-outs or application implementations is a plus.
 * Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, applied in a pragmatic and results-oriented way.
 * Experience with change management and risk management in complex project environments.
 * Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to guide and motivate teams.
 * You are well-organized, analytical, and stress-resistant with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
 * Full professional proficiency in English, professional proficiency in Dutch is considered an asset.

## Description

* Deliver ICT projects within scope, time, budget, and agreed quality standards, using the Lotus Project methodology and change management practices.
 * You define project scope and objectives in collaboration with key stakeholders and translate them into clear project plans, including milestones and timelines.
 * Throughout the project lifecycle, you ensure strong stakeholder management, consistent communication, and clear reporting on progress.
 * You actively monitor project performance, manage risks, issues, and changes in scope, schedule, or budget, and apply structured problem-solving to keep projects on track.
 * In addition, you foster collaboration within project teams and motivate team members to achieve high performance and successful project outcomes.
