* Solid knowledge of and programming experience with multiple paradigms: functional, structural, object oriented (at least two).
 * Good understanding of versioning control systems (Git)
 * Ability to present and propagate good software development practices (clean code, code review, white-box/black-box testing)
 * Cloud-native application development and delivery.
 * DevOps culture, kaizen mindset and affinity to lean development
 * Ability to identify recurring engineering tasks where AI or automation can add value.
 * Desire to be there end-to-end
