## Description

The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator is responsible for supporting sales activity, maintaining accurate CRM data, and administering learning management system (LMS) records and course-related processes. The role ensures that sales pipelines, customer records, training data, and administrative processes are managed accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner., * Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks

 * Process incoming enquiries and maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities
 * Update sales pipeline stages, contact details, and customer activity in the CRM system
 * Prepare sales documentation, quotations, and supporting correspondence where required
 * Upload, update, and manage course content within the LMS
 * Maintain learner records, course enrolments, completions, and progress data
 * Support course administration, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting
 * Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure training content is available and accurate
 * Identify and resolve LMS data errors and administrative issues
 * Prepare professional correspondence, trackers, and status updates
 * Support project tracking and coordination across sales and training activities
