We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and evaluate each candidate based on merit, regardless of personal characteristics as the age, gender, origin, religion, sexual orientation, neurodiversity or disability. ## Description * Own the configuration and administration of Workday HCM - designing and building business processes, advising the People team, managers, and employees on best use of the system. * Support the post go-live optimisation of the Workday tenant merge, improving data integrity and process alignment across the combined environment. * Drive automation and process improvement, identifying opportunities to reduce manual effort and increase the efficiency of People Systems and workflows. * Partner with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements, analyse needs, and deliver practical, well-designed Workday solutions. * Manage the prioritisation and resolution of Workday fixes, enhancements, and day-to-day support queries in collaboration with the rest of the People Systems team. * Support bi-annual Workday releases - including impact assessment, sandbox testing, implementation, training, and communication to the business. * Champion system governance and security, maintaining appropriate Workday security configuration and ensuring data integrity across the platform. * Contribute to reporting capability, building and maintaining Workday reports to support People team insight and decision-making. * Support project delivery across Workday modules - from scoping and development through to testing, training, and go-live. * Ensure that you adhere to the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) obligations for your role. * Identify and raise any non-compliance incidents promptly to your line manager. * Challenge processes, policies and projects that will negatively impact compliance within the Group. * Complete all mandatory compliance training assigned to you. * Reach out to the Compliance Teams if unsure of any of your compliance obligations or the requirements are unclear.
