## About the Role

We're looking for someone with proven experience supporting users both onsite and remotely in a multi-site, Windows-based environment. You should have strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and PC hardware/peripherals.

You'll be confident diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, as well as installing and configuring new equipment. Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment and liaise with third-party providers.

This role is based in Leeds and requires regular travel to other sites, so a full, clean driving licence is essential.

## Description

We are looking for an additional IT Support Technician, to maintain and develop our infrastructure/network, and provide ongoing support where required to the Sites, to ensure smooth day to day operations.
